guarantee
Robin Look guarantees product quality. Should your spectacle frame
show signs of material flaws or fatigue within three years, it will
be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Spectacle frame guarantee
As a Robin Look customer you are assured against theft, loss or
breakage of the newly purchased glasses. Within one year after
purchase of your glasses you receive a comparable pair of glasses
of your own choice at half price. Robin Look takes over the other
half.

Guarantee of
compatibility
If within three months after purchasing your
new glasses you are not satisfied with the visual performance and
comfort, you have the right to exchange your glasses for a pair
with altered dioptre values.
Guarantee of satisfaction
Robin Look guarantees good looks. If you are not satisfied as
a customer with the frame you have chosen, you can exchange it
within 14 days after purchase.
